The new Lucas Museum of Narrative Art opens September 22 in Los Angeles.
The architecture from MAD Architects is incredible. But I’m even more interested in what’s inside. It'll feature everything from Norman Rockwell and Frida Kahlo to comic art, photography and the visual worlds behind Star Wars. More than 40,000 works exploring how stories shape culture.
What an inspiring place for young creatives. An environment that takes all of those forms of storytelling seriously. At a time when the tools of creativity are changing quickly, places that celebrate imagination are more important than ever.
Can’t wait to visit.
